VERY inclusive (to a fault) Falls over backwards to cater to any and every victim group out there

Cons

VERY inclusive (to a fault) Falls over backwards to cater to any and every victim group out there. The company has cut every local celebration event except for the ones that we host for ourselves with no company contribution. It used to be much better.
