This includes Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, launch of Core Competencies to help with growth and development, global Learning and Development program with a huge focus on soft skills, Management training and Leadership Development, brand new Learning Management System (LMS), Talent Management strategy to identify future leaders through Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and a Mentorship Program.
