It's a job...no other real pros.

Cons

This company has the worst management of any I've worked for. Communication is poor, attitudes are worse and the product suffers. I've seen employees kick boxes, throw parts, curse and yell at one another and supposed supervisors do nothing. There is no morale!

Work as much overtime as you want. Free coffee.

Cons

Incompetent management with incredibly short sightedness. The same good ol' boys club that runs operations. Never any innovation or planning. Falling short of projections is always blamed on the techs (work faster, smarter, harder). Leads are worked to death and tooling/equipment issues are never dealt with. No career path to speak of.
