Clean facilities, ability to check out consumables and tools easily, first line supervisors are usually knowledgeable.
Cons
Management are out of touch with work force and how long a typical job is supposed to take, management is unprofessional and are generally either rude to their employees (and often make a scene in front of the customer or other employees) or they're simply not around to monitor the current project and what is needed to accomplish it. AAR Management are viewed as villains that should be avoided, not because they are management but because it was well known that they had no idea what they were doing and instead of fixing something on the spot or helping train a new employee, they would commonly yell at whatever supervisor was overseeing the project or employee. The management use insults and intimidation to get their way or make a point instead of getting involved with the work force or helping solve whatever problem arose. Favoritism is also widely well known and incompetent or unproductive employees would commonly get away with their lack of professionalism if they were friends with members of management.
