Pros

The salary base was compatible to others in the industry. The hiring process was very easy to get through, even though it was done during the holidays.

Cons

Unfair amount of unpaid overtime expected to be worked every week (paid for 40 hours a week but averaged 50+ hours worked here, and an average of 60+ hours a week when sent to other assignments.) Travel per diem was unfairly low. Travel arrangements were difficult and took too much time. Sometimes was told I would be gone for a week or so and ended up being for 4-6 weeks. Lack of training, assistance and guidance from upper management. The enthusiasm that was shown at the job fair was not echoed at the job sight.
