Pay is probably in the top 5% of all helicopter positions, about $225K a year Benefits are just okay.

Cons

Rotations are taxing in the family, and there is a lot of friends hiring friends at the management level.

Pros

Good to be in the bottom of the rung in the workplace. Just do your job well and limit expectations that others will also do well. Vacation scheme was ok. Work hours are decent.

Cons

Extremely difficult to get a salary raise even with work justification and supervisor support.

Poor upper management, if they don't like you, they make it a horrible and very stressful place to work.
