Pretty simple behavioral questions. One phone screen with recruiter and one behavioral interview with a panel of people from the relevant teams. They asked me questions like "Tell me about a time when ___".
The interview process was easy and quick. They just asked basic questions and honestly did not seem very engaged in the interview. The interview itself lasted maybe 5 minutes at most.

Question 1
I was asked if I had any prior customer service/retail experience.
it was fairly easy. Going in person will help and in one round you will be selected that was pretty much it. also it does provide nice perks so that is additonal bouns on top of it
