Easy interview. Asked the basic questions and about availability. Just be prepared for situational and behavioral questions. Got the job like a few days later. worked as omni for the store as well
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walmart (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2026
Interview
There wasn't one. They hire on the spot. But watch out, you won't get any info about where orientation is and you'll just have to show up and ask, hoping someone knows. You'll get a text from a manager about 2 months later after applying and then set a date. They'll tell you about the job after you have to track down the manager through associates (they won't meet you at the front) and then you'll get an offer letter a few days later.
It was simple and I felt comfortable. The process is smooth. It was usual questions and the interviewer was cool. It was about skills with handling people and different scenarios.
