Good interview. Easy process. Mostly standard behavioral interview type questions. Did not have a large panel interview, but meet individually with multiple people. I wouldn't say it was a high pressure environment, more laid back than I had expected.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to resolve a conflict between two or more employees.
Easy with simple questions for the first interview. Wanted to know background and about my previous experience. It was a fine interview process and it was pretty straightforward with basic initial questions that they ask at the beginning of the interview.
Many rounds of virtual interviews and very long case studies online. Recruiter was in touch for many months through the process but the process was scattered and she would insist we connect frequently even when there were no updates. Interviews were not very technical, and most of the interviewers took the opportunity to tell me about the importance of their role rather than asking me questions. I sensed a lot of multitasking during the interviews with senior leaders. The recruiters should seriously consider if they are moving people ahead to the offer stages before administering the (2) online assessments, which they gave me only a few days to complete and this was over the holidays and literally took 8-10 hours each.
