I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Adamsville, AL)
Interview
Very simple and friendly, I even showed up in Crocs because I didn't have suitable interview shoes and I was hired on the spot! He gave me a tour did my background check, and had me start my paperwork all within an hour of me showing up for the interview. Very positive experience!
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Walmart (Ohio City, CO) in Feb 2022
Interview
I had a phone interview, and then was called again for a second interview. The interview was a three panel interview, with three managers. Each one of those managers asked me one question.
Good, very selective. The interviewers were nice and the company seemed to be very orginisation in the interview. In the process they ask no extremely personal questions. I thought that the interview process was nice and the people there were very enthusiastic about their jobs. If i were to work there in the future that is the type on environment i would like.
