Random, lottery pretty much. Actual interview was dead simple. Mostly just a vibe check to make sure you aren't a serial killer or some other horrific monstrosity of a person
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Edmond, OK) in May 2021
Interview
Very quick and to the point. Asked about experience and seemed to try and gauge willingness to work hard. It was not a difficult interview and you could tell they were trying to fill spots quickly.
Very quick and short. Uncomfortably so and did not cover anything id expect for this specific role. Dont recommend anyone proceed here with an interview or anu other kind of business
