Target Softlines Team Member interview questions

I met with a Team Lead of Softlines who asked very generic interview questions. Then I met with the ETL of the Sales Floor. Finally I met with someone from HR.

About a week after I applied, I received a phone call from HR to come in for an interview. They were very detailed and helpful with where to go and what to do. First, I was interviewed by the Executive Team Leader and then by a person in HR. They were very friendly and created a very relaxed environment during the interview. They would give examples to answer questions that may have seemed confusing. Overall, it was a very easygoing process.
