Target Softlines Team Member interview questions

It was really good. They are very easy going during the Interview. They have the best interview ever with a very talented person who is very knowledgeable about their business.

They asked me three questions about navigating tough situations, resolving conflicts, etc. I was 30 minutes late to the interview and they still gave me the job. Overall very easy, and probably a sign of how bad the job was gonna be (real bad).
