I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Albany, NY) in Feb 2014
Interview
The process is very direct. The interviewer will contact you via e-mail once you have applied and arrange a time to meet. Typically, the entire process will consist of four interviews--one with the recruiter, one with an STL (and one other person), one with the DTL (and an HR exec), and then one final one with a Group Leader.

Went through about six different interviews and had to pass all of them before having to interview with the District Team Leader.
