Interview
Found a recruiter from school and was contacted for a phone interview and then 3 back to back interviews with 2 STLs and then the DTL. Finally, I had my final interview by phone with the group HR.

When was a time you had to stand up for yourself? (Basically asking how you demonstrate courage)

Interview
There are three interview. All of mine were done over the phone. However they do conduct in person interviews. My first interview was with the recruiter. My next interview as with a store manager and and last interview was with our district manager. My last interview was probably the easiest of them all. I was asked a few questions and then was told I would here back from them in a couple of day. They called me that same afternoon and extended me a full time offer.

Interview
I had 4 phone interviews (recruiter, 2 ETLS and District Manager). I was not able to meet anyone face to face as I was applying for a different city then where I lived. Each call was about 20- 30 mins. I also had to take an assessment online to see how I would act in different scenarios and a math portion
