I applied in-person. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2011
Interview
Tell me about a time....Situational and you should have a beginning middle and ending to every answer. State the issue, how did YOU fix it and what was the outcome and what did you learn. There were a series of these questions and they we basically asking them to get an idea of who you are and how you think.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
5 different interviews with 1 actual in person interview. Not a very effective way of selecting candidates. They hire people directly out of college with no work experience and put unrealistic expectations on you.
