I was asked the same list of questions THREE times. TWO times by the same person. They said that they were going to hire me, then the next day they told me I didn't get the job. Interview questions were very generic. Some questions about scenarios that could happen at the store.

Interview
had two separate interviews back to back and then said they'd get back to me. the next day I received an offer with the condition I go take a drug test within 24 hours and pass that. four days later I got the call and the job offer and they wanted me to start orientation the following week.

I called to schedule my own interview. They seemed to love that. During the interview, questions like What would you do? and tell me about a time when... were asked A LOT! As long as you smile, are friendly, and mention their core values, (fun, friendly team, etc.), they will eat you up!
