Describe a time you received excellent costumer service

Interview
The woman I spoke with was very humble and kind. The co workers seemed genuine and the place gave off a great vibe. However, why I turned down the offer was the lack of care for all their employees and only management from corporate. During the beginning of the pandemic the company ONLY looked out for its managers and also are still getting bonuses as of fall 2021. I found it completely unfair to other employees, especially since standard associates only make $9/HR. The company owns multiple franchises as well, so I don’t find it an excuse to pay their employees under $10. This was what really stuck out for me, and overall gave me my final decision to decline employment from the company.

Question 1
How did you and your team (from your previous employer) get through a difficult task?
I applied online. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Rock Springs, WY) in Aug 2018
Interview
It was a group interview. They asked a lot of open ended "what would you do?" and "what is most important in this situation?" questions. They want to know right away if you can and will sell their credit card. They really really push it right off the bat. "How would you get a person to sign up who doesn't want it" etc. But just give the standard generic responses and you will get hired. But believe me the pressure doesn't stop at the interview to sell the credit cards.
