TJ Maxx Sales Associate interview questions

The first interview was a group interview where they showed you around the store and gave you an idea of what type of work you would be doing. They asked us how we might organized a shelf and were asked to demonstrate. The second interview was an individual interview with relatively simple and straight forward questions.

It was a very quick interview. It was mostly about customer service and ensuring you'll provide good quality service. They may ask if you're comfortable with opening the T.J Maxx credit card.
