I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2026
Interview
The recruiter started by asking a few preliminary questions about my availability and preferred branch locations to confirm logistics. After that, the interview focused on my past experience, along with questions about why I’m interested in RBC, as well as some behavioral and motivational questions. Overall, the process was very relaxed and respectful.
