Lockheed Martin interview questions

I was actually interviewed by two Managers. One was hiring for a Hardware Subcontract Administrator and the ohter was for Electrical side of the business. There is no more to add to this question.

Contacted by recruiter, then had one phone interview 3 months later, followed by a face to face the following week. 5 months before application and start date. Took over a month for all the Lockheed background investigations. Had to submit piles of documentation, worse than the govt security clearance process.
