Interview
Was asked standard questions, but the interviewer seemed like it was just to go through the motions. I called back but they didn't really seem like they were ready to hire.
Currently in interview stage, everything has ran smooth and communication has been well. Very smooth process. Emails have come in decent timelines and has been about a week in process from first word to interview.
Pretty straightforward interview process. Asked a few questions about my prior experience and why I was interested in the job. Interview was only conducted with the hiring manager, with no HR representative present.
Process from applying to receiving an offer can take about 2-4 weeks. Interview mostly involves behavioral, scenario questions. Answer with STAR method. Not many technical questions. You’ll get the opportunity to ask questions.
