Received no communication from Lockheed Martin after in person interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Oct 2014
Interview
The process to 4 weeks to receive a notice from the recruiter for an interview. She set up the in interview and she sent me an application to fill out. It was an in-person interview. The interview lasted about 1 hour and then there were various tests afterwards that took about 30 mins. The behavior questions were pretty standard and the interview was very laid back. Both interviewers were very open and nice. I felt great about it afterwards. I did attempt to contact the recruiter about any updates but no one has contacted me back. It has been three weeks tomorrow and from what I read that can be pretty standard for LM.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Sunnyvale, CA) in Nov 2010
Interview
The process took approximately 2 months. I first connected with a recruiter via an on-campus recruiting event. It was 2 weeks before an interview was scheduled. The interview was easy. The hiring manager made the statement right at the start that I wouldn't have been called in to interview if they weren't confident I could do the work. The interview, he said, was to see if I would "fit in" I heard nothing back after the interview. When I called to follow up with my HR contact I was told that they had put together an offer, but for some reason had not contacted me.
