Applied to several jobs LMC website. About a week later emailed and invited to a hiring event for a position I did not apply to. Event consisted if Q&A and interview. A week later got an offer.

Interview
Initial imterview was arranged via a recruiter and I met with the program manager.I had one interview. The questions were straightforward and consisted of technical questions about the position. Questions related to performing IDS analysis and if I had any issue reporting issues that did not comply with policy.
General questions such as why I would like to work for the company, where I saw myself in five years and what do I do to keep abreast of technology.

Questions related to performing IDS analysis and if I had any issue reporting issues that did not comply with policy.
I met one of the ELDP (Engineering Leadership Development Program) at a conference and was quickly referred to another person. Within two weeks, I got a call from the manager at a location I applied to, came in for an interview two days later, and was offered a position within a week. I had three different interviews with other rotations managers for the program. They mainly asked about my team work capabilities and my projects as listed on my resume.

All questions were fairly simple. Just answers each question with the result of your actions taken. It is important to stress that your roles within a group, while still emphasizing you are a team player.
