I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Oct 2014
Interview
Submitted resume, cover letter and two writing samples after two employees visited my university. I also attended an information session on campus. I was selected to have a phone interview out of a large pool of applicants. The next step would have been to go to a face-to-face interview in DC if I had continued. I had a positive experience on the phone with two employees. I asked for feedback and they happily gave it to me, so I could improve my phone interview skills for any other job I applied for. Great experience!
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Lufkin, TX) in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied online, and was then contacted by the hiring manager. We spoke twice, and then spoke to the Human Resources Generalist. We scheduled a site visit and had a panel interview and tour of the facility. The manager called the next day to offer the job. It took an additional two days to get the salary details.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Sep 2011
Interview
Met with 2 managers; both very conversational; utilizing STAR questions. Prior to the meeting, I knew vaguely what type of product I would be involved in, and the systems used. Drug test done painlessly at a local Quest Diagnostics (I flew to Texas for the interview, so I did that in my hometown)
