I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Sunnyvale, CA)
Interview
I had a phone interview that went well, then the company flew me in for a face to face interview that also went well, but I was not 100% sure if I got the job or not. Within days I received a call with an offer. I countered, but they did not accept. It was still good, so I took the offer almost 8 years ago.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview was part of a hiring day for multiple positions. All applicants were given a tour of the Fort Worth facility, as well as an overview of the company. Interviewers were set up in a large room with tables for each position. The interview involved discussing my technical experience as well as behavioral questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were behavioral - "describe a time you didn't get along with a colleague," etc.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Baltimore, MD) in Feb 2015
Interview
Started with a 1-2 hour presentation on the company with a group of interviewees. Broke off and had a couple of interviews then met back for lunch. Had another interview and then went on a tour of all the facilities. Very long day for an interview and seemed very pointless and redundant.
