I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in May 2015
Interview
I was contacted for a phone interview a few days after applying. It was to be a phone interview because the 2 managers that would be on the call were on different sides of the country.
The interview wasn't too much of a pressure cooker. Normal behavioral questions for the most part with a couple odd ones thrown in. They told me prior knowledge of different IT technologies wouldn't be a factor in their selection process but later the hiring manager told me that's why they ended up choosing another candidate over me in the end. Pretty disappointing to be misled like that by such a reputable company. Took a little over a month for them to make their decision.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Camden, AR)
Interview
Applied online. About two weeks later they called me to set up a face to face interview. They flew me out to their site the next week. I met with the hiring manager and the lead engineer. The interview lasted about two hours in addition to them giving me a tour of the facility. I was told I would hear back from them in two weeks but that never happened.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Bethesda, MD) in Mar 2015
Interview
Brief phone interview which primarily asked about leadership experience. Then I was flown to there CLE company owned hotel in Maryland. There was a reception dinner which ended with a lot of brief overviews of the different business segments. The next morning I had a panel interview with 3 people. That was the only interview and they really have a hard time if you do not use their star responses. I know from one other person who interviewed that you really have no say in where you end up first and what you will do. Also there pay is below average. Do not tell them what you have been offered before because they are known to low ball as much as they can.
