Lockheed Martin interview questions

Recruiter reached out to me to fly to Georgia for an interview. After the interview i had an offer letter with in 1 week. I asked for more money, vacation days, etc. LM refuses to negotiate with level 1 (Associate positions). The recruiter was by far the worst recruiter i've ever worked with. Took 1-2 weeks to respond to an email/phone call. Had to call the hiring manager to get a response from the recruiter. Recruiter said I would need a security clearance - turned out i did not need one when i got to LM. Because of the process (3-6 weeks to get clearance) i postponed my start date until it was completed. Had i had another offer I would have ignored LM's offer letter and went with another company. Didn't start off on a good foot.

Video interview went well but after the interview I sent a thank you email to the people I interviewed with and the recruiter. None of them wrote back with a positive or negative reply. I called the recruiter and left a message for her and she never replied to that. Very unprofessional. I would like to work for them because the pay is good and it looks good on a resume but after this experience I might turn them down if and when they ever make an offer....keep in mind this particular requisition was from October 2014 and I was interviewed in May 2015
