I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Jul 2015
Interview
The interview was 45 minutes to an hour long. They mainly asked me behavioral questions, and the hiring manager also wanted to know my programming experience and technical experience. I also explained some of my former projects and research. Make sure to ask good questions towards the end of the interview! Overall, the interview was great, and I learned a great deal about the job.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had difficulties in a group project.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Palmdale, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Extremely formal, with a 5 person interview panel including HR. The panel explained the STAR format was best in terms of answering questions: Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Panel members took turns asking a series of about 6 questions--the questions were behavioral type (tell me a time when you…) and had more to do with general leadership examples, team building, diversity and inclusion, working with a difficult customer, etc. rather than dealing directly with the job position at hand. Each main question had multiple sub-questions (what happened, how did you deal with the specific situation, and what were the results). Panel members asked follow up questions to make sure all aspects of the STAR format response were covered.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you dealt with a customer who was being unreasonable or who was making unreasonable demands. What happened, what were the specific demands, how did you deal with the situation, and what was the outcome?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Sunnyvale, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
I was greeted by another junior admin who was a recent hire, and escorted to a conference room. There I was interviewed by the senior admin and 3 admins, one by speakerphone. The interview lasted half an hour. There were no trick questions, only questions about technical expertise and customer relations.
