Lockheed Martin interview questions

The interview was held with a three person panel. Very professional and to the point. I was made to feel very comfortable and had time to introduce myself and meet my interviewers prior to getting started. Prior to questioning the exact method of questioning was explained to me in great detail. This gave me time to analyze each question and respond in the correct manner.

This was a team interview for a management position. All the questions were activity based, touchy feely questions having nothing to do with successfully running a program and everything to do with managing people.
