I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Littleton, CO) in May 2014

Interview was phone-based, and with multiple managers across the country. They asked standard questions, focusing on my ability to get along with the team more than any technical questions.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview was unlike any I've had before. I was first told the positions fringe benefits from the vacation to retirement options. Then a general overview of the position and a broad scope of duties. At this time, about 15 minutes in, I was asked about my computer skills and educational background. Then I was asked about my desired salary. After I asked some questions, which were hard to come up with given the flood of info I was given, I was given some potential job scenarios and a timeline of the hiring process from that point on. So I am waiting to see if I got the job or not.
