Lockheed Martin interview questions

The interview process was for two weeks. I met with the recruiter then I met with the client. The recruiter got me prepared for the interview with the client. She told me how to answer the questions that the client would ask. Once I met with the client, she began telling me what the job was like and what to look out for.

I talked to three mid-level managers and 1 senior manager. Each interview was for 30 to 45 minutes. Managers seemed very busy and they had trouble finding the senior manager. Apparently he wanted to talk to every candidate, but no-one knew his schedule. In terms of interviewing, there seemed to be little coordination among the managers e.g. I was asked the same questions by two managers.
