Interview
The interview is based off a panel environment. The interview lasts about 1.5hrs. Each individual on the panel asks a question. LM utilizes the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) technique used by the panels to gather all the relevant information about a specific capability/characteristics that the position will requires.

Hr recruiting center. Very professional! The degree of professionalism was intimidating. All candidates brought into a board room. Began with presentation of benefits and intro inspirational video to outline what company does. Excel skills test followed by formal interview. Both experience questions as well as behavioral. Process was well done and made you REALLY want an offer. Offer received via email. One week to respond.

Mostly behavioral question and sometime technical question. A lot situation question. Be sure to practice and get ready for them. There are time they might ask you on a mechanical design question on how to apply a tolerance or some sort of stackup analysis.
