I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Aurora, CO) in Feb 2016
Interview
I was escorted by the hiring manager promptly and met in her office. A very professional but relaxed interview. I felt a little overdressed. The entire interview was about my qualifications and desires in a job and the job itself and how I might fit in. After the interview, she introduced me to several team members. Follow-up was very prompt as well. A great experience.
