I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Orlando, FL) in Dec 2024
Interview
Notified of this "time-sensitive" opportunity by e-mail after applying to other engineering roles. I interviewed on December 4th last year. After 3 months, I met with another recruiter, and he told me it was "unacceptable" that it was taking so long to get a decision. I e-mailed him twice as a follow-up and was left without a reply. Another recruiter reached out to me saying that he received my e-mails about my decision status and the hiring manager was still choosing candidates. Finally, after 4 months, I get the soft, "No longer under consideration" in my candidate portal; No notification e-mail or anything. If you like getting strung along like a date that doesn't respect you, make sure to apply to this company.
