I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Houston, TX)
Interview
I submitted my resume at a career fair. I was then called by HR a few weeks later asking if I'd like to attend one of three interview sessions in three different states (California, Texas, Arizona). I chose Texas and a few weeks later they flew me (as well as about 2 dozen others) in to interview with a few managers. This lasted most of the morning, then they provided lunch and gave us tours of the facilities in the afternoon.

Question 1
Typical STAR questions were asked. Describe a situation in which you were able to use persuasion to successfully convince someone to see things your way.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Anaheim, CA) in Oct 2011
Interview
The interview was entirely behavioral. They asked to give examples of leadership, taking on challenges, and highlights from my educational/working experience. No technical questions. The interviewer was quiet and reserved while taking notes during my answers. I felt like I nailed the interview based on the conversation I had with the interviewer afterward. However, he explained that they interview many people at career conferences and keep them in a database. Most of the time, there are only a handful of jobs for very specific skill sets that they're searching for and the rest of the interviews go into some generic pile they might dive into at a later time.

Question 1
Give me an example in which someone from one of your classes or work teams was not performing up to expectations. How did you handle the situation and what was the result.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (King of Prussia, PA) in Dec 2014
Interview
Multiple interviews on the same day. Interviews aren't difficult if you have the merits to back your statements. However, for top secret clearance the government took about 9 months to give clearance. I would recommend not going for a top secret position if you need a job in the near future.
