Lightspeed Software Developer interview questions

HR department is fantastic! They work very fast, professional, kind and communicative. They supported me and provided clear information for each step of the interview. The development team was very technical, professional and open to answering the questions regarding the products and processes within the company.

Applied through company website for the Developer - Intern role. Was contacted by HR for a 30 minute call talking about past experience, projects and some behavioural questions. Second round was in their office with 2 team managers ~1 hour and 30 min behavioural with an HR manager. Didn’t get any coding questions/technical questions. They’re really focusing on looking for a fit.
