Interview
I was interviewed by this company multiple times. And I don’t know what standard they want to be as an employee to employed with them. I know that I already passed all the necessary interviews but they kept on doing multiple interviews. They said that I was considered for the post yet need to do another Final Interview again. After that Final Interview, I received an email that my application would no longer be pushed through due to the result of the Technical Interview. I don’t know how the process works with them. The final Interview eventually became a Technical Interview again. Something is wrong with the Recruitment and Hiring Manager in this company. It seems that if you have work experience, you will not be qualified at all.

We would like to apologize for the multiple rounds of interviews, we can understand this has been a big inconvenience and very time-consuming. As Lightspeed has a number of different hiring teams and opportunities on some occasions we may consider a candidate for multiple roles. Interview
was a very pleasant experience, lasted around 45 minutes & discussed many points and the culture of the company as well as my expectations.
We did half the interview / discussing in english and the rest in French.
