Lightspeed Senior Software Developer interview questions

The interview process at Lightspeed was well-structured, efficient, and respectful. After an initial call with the recruiter, who was clear and helpful in explaining the role and process, I had a friendly and open conversation with the hiring manager, who would later become my future manager. This step gave me a good sense of the team culture and expectations. Next came a deep technical interview with two experienced engineers. It was divided into two parts: the first focused on architectural and technical discussions around real-world problems, and the second included a straightforward live-coding session. The questions were relevant and thoughtful, aimed at understanding how I think and solve problems, rather than testing obscure knowledge. Shortly after this step, I received the offer. The whole process was quick, transparent, and left a very positive impression on me.
