Lightspeed Senior Software Developer interview questions

Horrible experience. I got an invitation to do a phone interview, so I went ahead and scheduled it. The week BEFORE my interview, I got an automated email saying "Following our call, we are not moving forward with your application." I had replied saying we have not yet had our call, it is scheduled for next week. The recruiter did not respond to this email, and the zoom invitation was not cancelled. On the day of the interview, I joined the call just for the recruiter to say the spot has already been filled and that he just saw my email. This company needs to work on their communication. Please do not waste a candidate's time.

A mature, supportive, and informative process. They know what they're looking for and they know how to enable those applying to put their best foot forward. I appreciated how transparent and communicative everyone was for all of the steps (including a take-home practical test, code review, technical interview, and interview with engineering management).
