IBM Sales Representative interview questions

Phone interview and then two 1:1 interviews. Fair interview and I received very positive feedback however, there was a technical sales specialist in the brand who got the position.

1:1 meetings with the manager that was very nice. after 3 days 1:1 meeting with HR people. a week after then they sent me to a personality test. after a day they called to set a meeting. It was a proposal meeting - no negotiation. they offered me $1K less than what I requested.
