IBM Sales Representative interview questions

2 month interview process, useless cognitive test at first. Then I got a call from the sales manager telling me I didn’t sound I was looking for a sales role. I emailed the company I didn’t want they contact me anymore. I received an email from the hr telling me the manager didn’t have much experience in interviewing people so she’ll direct me to another senior sales manager. The second interview didn’t make the difference. He was more interested in understanding why I said I had a bad experience with the first sales manager than asking me relevant questions.

Contacted by recruiter, phone screen and then a video interview. It didn’t get an offer the first 2 times but the third time it was quick and it was just a video interview.
