IBM Sales Representative interview questions

It was strange to say the least, perhaps an interview carried out by a very inexperienced employee. That I remember, it focused completely on my background, where I was asked repeatedly about my father's job. It got to a point where I asked if they would rather interview him directly.

Phone interview followed by an in-person hiring day consisting of a presentation and three 1:1 interviews. The presentation was an elevator pitch for a prospective IBM client of your choosing. The interviews were purely behavioural questions.
