Apply online or in store, they called me within a week or two of applying to set up an interview, completed the interview, they called me a couple days later to tell me I got the job and started the next week. The application is kind of lengthy, but easy to fill out. The interview lasted about 15 mins and I was asked basic questions including questions about my previous jobs, why they should hire me, how I deal with conflict, basic interview questions essentially.
