Proceso muy largo y desprolijo para acceder a entrevistas. Respuestas demoradas, a destiempo.
El reclutador solicitaba disponibilidad para fecha y hora, pero no enviaba la invitación una vez confirmada la disponibilidad.
La comunicación ha sido un problema, lo mismo que los tiempos para avanzar en el proceso.
Demasiado largo y e informal para lo que se espera de una empresa de esta clase.

Se compuso de 3 entrevistas. Desde la primera fueron muy claros con las expectativas, responsabilidades y salario del trabajo. La primera fue en español y el resto en inglés. Todo el proceso fue virtual.

They scheduled quickly after applying. Did the interview, interviewer who was a director was late and then when he finally joined took another 5 minutes to get his notes and questions in order. Was very condescending and wasn't listening to any of my answers, Was more interested in criticizing my CV then actually listening to me (why interview me then?) At the end told me i would be passed through to the second round. This was 4 weeks ago, Followed up every week with no answers. Then i saw on the careers portal i was no longer being considered. I honestly think this was a good thing as this is the worst and most unprofessional process i have ever been a part of. Totally wasted and disrespected my time. Do better EY!
