Interview
Two round interview after the invitation call :
1) HR and group test assessment;
2) Junior Manager Performance Improvement;
It was very fast, I have received the offer a week after the first interview with the HR
The online assessment was quite difficult as it is very comprehensive. Questions about three major aspects of running a business are involved, and additional questions which need strong analytical skills are asked as well. I doubt if there is an implicit time constraint. Nothing to prepare for. Pretty interesting system compared to other ones.
Was very smooth and chill. I did couple of phone interviews and conversational interviews with manager and a partner, then two individual cases, a group case and another chat with an associate partner
