Interview
I get iv session with senior manager, pretty chill, he tell about himself first so u kind of felt less nervous. It goes around 50 minutes, and i really suggest you to ask questions at the end, some of it maybe like,
- "since u already work quite long in Ey, What do you like working at EY that make u stay?"
- "regarding our iv today, is there anything u think i should improve" (trust me they like this question)
Since it associates positions, he doesn't really ask technical stuff like acc standard bla bla, since u dont work yet.
But they will definitely ask about internship experience and this is where u should prepare deeply, not just tell about experience but need more context in it like, the audit procedures , what have u done , why u do it, how u do it
BE PASSIONATE ABOUT IT, they want to see whether u really want this job or just try and error.
