Interview
Started with a polite call with headhunter, then a first interview with a local boss who was relevent and had a good approach, not was not technical.
Second interview by an indian boss who didn't understand the local language and local culture, was late for the interview, did not ask relevent questions, did not went for qualifications and technical indept, and did not ask for my achievements. Didnt even had a copy of my CV, and saw me a threat to his position basically. Very short sighted approach, and there was a sense of jealousy basically.
Had a very bad experience, specially for the fact that they had head hunted me, i have not applied for there position.

Q: Can we relocate you? (He didn't knew that i was being seeked for Swedish office)

J'ai été contacté via LinkedIn ce qui a abouti à un entretien.
Il n'y a pas eu de communication entre la personne qui m'a contacté et celle qui m'a reçu .
L'entretien dans des locaux vieillot était formel mais ennuyeux .
Ils semblent appliquer les méthodes agiles mais à leur façon . Probablement pour faire plaisir mais sans avoir compris l'énorme apport de ces méthodes.
J'ai finalement demandé le premier pourquoi je viendrait travailler chez eux (et oui : génération Y!).
Réponse pas du très attirante : "capgemini fourni un environnement très structuré"...
C'est tout ? Bon....

I was contacted by a recruiter who describe what position they were tying to fill. After, I met with the management consultant and the developer during a phone interview. Once I got past the phone interview, I met with the management consultant and the account executive and then met with the client manager of the department and one of the developer.
