Capgemini Solution Architect interview questions

Started with a polite call with headhunter, then a first interview with a local boss who was relevent and had a good approach, not was not technical. Second interview by an indian boss who didn't understand the local language and local culture, was late for the interview, did not ask relevent questions, did not went for qualifications and technical indept, and did not ask for my achievements. Didnt even had a copy of my CV, and saw me a threat to his position basically. Very short sighted approach, and there was a sense of jealousy basically. Had a very bad experience, specially for the fact that they had head hunted me, i have not applied for there position.
