the Process was weird I applied twice using the same cv and in the first time I was rejected and in the second time I received an offer in the end but the experience was bad and it seems as a randomized hiring process.

I applied through the CS career fair at my school. Got a call for an interview 1 month later. Had a 45 minute phone interview first and then 2 sets of on-site interviews at New York. The interviewers were friendly and the questions were reasonably easy. A lot of emphasis was given on prefixed trees and trees in general. They make you stay for an extra interview with HR after the first two interviews if they want to make an offer.
