quite long, lots of stages. online interview, then an interview in the store and an experience day in the store as well to get hands on experience of the job

after submitting online application, then had to record myself answering questions on an online portal. After I then had to attend an in person interview. Each one lasted around 30 minutes. For the instore interview I had to ask a member of staff where to go as no-one knew i was even coming.
